Thank you for browsing in our litte Etsy space!
All of our pieces are photographed to the best of our ability and we try very hard to give an accurate account of all the pieces we sell. Colours can sometimes vary between computer monitors so if you are in any doubt about the colour please contact us for clarification. Although sizes given are "approximate" they are usually within an nth degree of accuracy (according to my very ancient fabric tape measure!)

Payment

Elle & Pea only accepts payment by PayPal - which is handy, because it's such a convenient way to pay! You don't need a PayPal account - you can also pay by credit or debit card by following the simple instructions. If you happen to have any real problems please contact us and we'll do our best to relieve you of your money......

Shipping

Stock items shipping is done as soon as possible after your payment has been received - usually the next day unless death, accident, illness or plaque intervene. Please allow up to 21 days for custom orders to be made and shipped. Shipping is by Air Mail for international orders and second class post for UK orders. If you require anything sent by recorded or special delivery please let us know and the additional cost of this will be added to your order.

Additional policies and FAQs

Please allow up to 21 days for all custom orders to be made and shipped and be aware that glass is a temperamental medium! Your photograph may be slightly darker or lighter or not EXACTLY the same as the original and no two pieces will ever be identical. This is unavoidable.
